We offer store credit and/or exchange within the first 15 days of the delivery of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since the delivery, you will not be offered a store credit and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Store Credit and Exchanges
Your item must be in as-sold condition.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged for regular priced items.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact@sky-dolls.com with pictures of the defect.
Other issues like sizing and wanting different colors will only be accepted if the unwanted item is returned in the same condition it was sent and the buyer handles all the shipping costs.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Damaged or lost items due to our error will be considered for refunds or replaced at no cost. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
